Connect the relay near the battery: 30 to battery + (fused), 87 to LED light positive, 85 to switch, 86 to ground. Mount the rocker switch on your dashboard.
3. Run Cable, Reconnect, Test

Common Questions Before You Buy
What size LED light bar will this run?
40A at 12V supports up to roughly 480W of LED lighting. A 50 inch dual row LED light bar is typically 250 to 300W, so this kit easily handles a single light bar plus extras like spotlights.
Is 3 metres long enough?
Yes for most installs. 3m covers battery to bullbar LED bar, or battery to roof rack for most 4WDs and SUVs. For larger trucks or rear lights, consider extension.
Does it come with switch and fuse?
Yes. Complete kit: 3m harness, 12V relay, 5 pin laser etched rocker switch, inline blade fuse, plus 3 spare fuses.
Can I install it myself?
If you have basic car wiring experience, yes. Takes about 1 to 2 hours. If unsure about wiring relays or running cable through the firewall, an auto electrician can fit it in under an hour.
Does it work on 24V trucks too?
Yes, also rated for 24V systems. Common in larger trucks, boats, and some 4WDs.
