If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you and provide a refund to the original payment method.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

- Estimated delivery within Australia is 7–14 business days after dispatch (estimates only; delays may occur due to carrier issues or external factors).
- Risk of loss transfers as permitted by law and generally upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

9. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

- 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items
- Items must be unused and in original packaging (subject to inspection)
- Refunds are issued after inspection and approval, to the original payment method
10. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where you are entitled to a remedy under ACL, those rights apply in addition to any rights described in our policies.

17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, you agree to contact us first at contact@autosmartparts.com.au so we can attempt to resolve it.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases and may be disputed with evidence including delivery confirmation, tracking data, and customer communications.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoSmart Parts from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
19. Severability
